founder-led consumer brands across India and globally.

We build brand positioning, identity systems, packaging, websites, content ecosystems, and

performance-led creative. Our work spans food & beverage, wellness, beauty, interiors, luxury,

travel, and emerging consumer brands.

We are integrating AI into our creative workflows to increase speed, experimentation, and scale

— while maintaining strong strategic thinking and premium design standards.

We are looking for a Brand & Digital Designer with 3+ years of experience who is ambitious,

systems-oriented, and excited to grow into a leadership role over time.

Role Overview

This is not a social media template role.

You will work closely with the founder and senior team to translate brand strategy into modern,

commercially intelligent design across identity, website, and performance creatives.

This role requires strong visual sensibility, structured thinking, and curiosity for AI-enabled

creative workflows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Identity & Visual Systems

• Support creation of logo systems, typography frameworks, and visual languages
• Develop brand assets aligned to positioning strategy
• Assist in packaging layout design
• Contribute to brand guideline documentation
• Maintain visual consistency across touchpoints

2. Website & UX Design

• Design wireframes and high-fidelity UI in Figma
• Structure scroll journeys and page hierarchies
• Translate brand narratives into digital experiences
• Collaborate with Webflow/Shopify developers
• Ensure design clarity and conversion thinking

3. Performance & Content Creative

• Design ad creatives for Meta and Google
• Create modular creative systems for testing
• Adapt assets across multiple formats and platforms
• Build static and lightweight motion creatives
• Support campaign launches with high-quality visual execution

4. AI & Generative Design Integration

You will actively use AI tools to enhance creative output.

This includes:

• Using tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, or similar platforms for concept

exploration, background generation, and visual experimentation

• Generating moodboards and rapid visual iterations
• Creating asset variations for performance testing
• Supporting scalable content production workflows

Refinement, brand integrity, and quality remain essential.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of professional design experience
• Strong portfolio in brand identity and digital design
• Proficiency in Figma
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of layout systems, typography, and brand consistency
• Basic understanding of website structure and UX principles
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Video editing and motion design skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or

equivalent)

• Short-form performance creatives
• Reels and social edits
• Lightweight animation and kinetic typography
• Packaging design experience
• Experience working with D2C brands
• Familiarity with Webflow
• Experience using AI video tools
