The opportunity

We’re looking for a Visual Designer who can transform brand strategy and storytelling into bold, expressive digital identities. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of creativity and technology — collaborating with strategists, UX designers, and developers to shape how users feel, connect, and remember. The successful candidate is a proactive person with strong communication skills.

The Ideal Candidate

Has 5+ years of experience in visual, brand, or digital design (agency experience preferred).
Demonstrates a strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling, typography, composition, and motion.
Excels at translating brand strategy into distinctive digital design systems.
Has experience working with design systems, especially tokenized systems, and understands how to build scalable, flexible visual frameworks.
Understands responsive design principles, accessibility, and the nuances of designing for multiple platforms.
Is fluent in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion/prototyping tools (After Effects, Principle, or similar).
Has a keen eye for craft and detail, ensuring each pixel reinforces the brand’s character.
Feels confident presenting ideas, leading creative discussions, and guiding junior designers.
Collaborates naturally with cross-functional teams — UX, strategy, and development — to bring concepts to life.
Stays curious about design trends, culture, and competitive landscapes to keep work fresh and relevant.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in defining the look and feel of world-class digital products and campaigns for global brands. From concept to final delivery, you’ll help ensure every visual decision communicates the brand’s essence and creates a distinctive, emotionally resonant experience. Your work goes beyond aesthetics — you create meaning through typography, composition, motion, and color, shaping how users feel and connect with the products and services we design. Collaborating closely with UX designers, strategists, and developers, you turn insights into powerful visual narratives that balance creativity, clarity, and technical feasibility. As a senior member of the team, you inspire by example. You mentor designers, elevate the craft, and bring a confident design voice to workshops, presentations, and pitches. You’re a storyteller, a systems thinker, and a hands-on creator — passionate about pushing visual design forward and helping brands stand out in meaningful, lasting ways.
