We are looking for a passionate designer with experience to align end-users needs, business objectives, design solutions, and platform capabilities. The successful candidate is a proactive person with strong communication skills.

The Ideal Candidate’s Skills Include

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 5+ years of proven experience in digital agencies or outsource companies, designing websites, mobile applications, and complex digital products;

You Will Thrive In This Role If You Are

hands-on expertise with tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Miro;
strong sense of visual design and typography, with a portfolio demonstrating both creativity and attention to detail;
solid experience working with and building Design Systems, and a deep understanding of UX best practices in complex product development environments;
ability to run discovery workshops, user research, and usability testing, and translate insights into actionable design solutions;
highly collaborative team player who enjoys mentoring less experienced designers and contributing to team-wide best practices;
capable of influencing product strategy by balancing user needs with business goals;
strong organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
excellent presentation and storytelling skills, able to confidently communicate and defend design decisions to clients and senior stakeholders;
proactive, flexible, and able to move seamlessly between high-level product vision and detailed UI execution;
advanced English (spoken and written).

The Role

You are the one that plans and leads the design process to ensure that every solution is born out of understanding the challenge that our clients are facing. That goes beyond just developing wireframes: you feel responsible for content, context and the customer journey and integrate them into your designs.

An inspiration for your colleagues and a lead by example. You help your team members improve their understanding of the customer journey. Plan and carry out research to inform the design process, making sure that we challenge every assumption. Take part in UX/Discovery/Strategy workshops. Work closely with Development team, so they get heard and are involved in design solutions from early stage, to accommodate a technically feasible product. Collaborate with multiple clients from around the world to work on refining and improving their digital experiences. Participate in the planning, research and design of digital experiences including websites and mobile apps for new clients. Understand requirements using methods such as user/stakeholder research, customer experience maps, personas, user journeys and conduct user testing.

Create High and Low-Fi mock-ups and prototypes. Contribute to pitches and new business opportunities.

As a consultant you are expected to develop expertise both in technology and in communicating complex concepts and rationale to non-techies. We’ll encourage and support this with frequent opportunities to share ideas internally.
