Graphic Designer

We are looking for Graphic Designer to join our global team of 6,000 professionals in more than 60 offices worldwide.

The Ideal Candidate

• You have a solid portfolio of projects and at least 2 years of experience
• A hybrid creative. You understand and are comfortable in the traditional advertising channels, but don’t limit your creativity to that expression. You’re embracing new technology and are eager to take brand creativity to places and spaces it hasn’t been before
• Experienced using AI image and video generation tools
• The ability to refine prompts to align with brand ideas, tone, and style
• Split vision. You can work on several projects at the same time.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Great work ethic and holds no prestige
• Driven, knowledge hungry, and fun to be around
• Upper-intermediate English level
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong desire to learn more about business every day

The Role

We’re seeking a talented designer who seamlessly blends traditional graphic design skills with prompt engineering for AI tools. You're well-versed in AI platforms like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Figma AI, and you maintain proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.

You likely have a foundation in traditional graphic design but are deeply engaged with the industry's rapid evolution. Your keen eye for design and creative mindset enable you to craft effective prompts, iterating them to perfection. AI is an integral part of your workflow, serving both as an idea generator and a production partner.

In this entry-to-mid-level role, you'll be a vital member of our creative department, pushing technological boundaries while collaborating with designers and creatives specializing in advertising, PR, and film. What you will be doing:

• Create a variety of work for campaigns and brands
• Collaborate closely with other designers, motion designers, film directors, and the rest of the creative team
• Work with design presentations for various pitches
• Be part of building, challenging, and expanding our brand within the field of design

Our recruitment flow:

1. Initial Call — 15-minute call with a Talent Sourcer for an English check and brief questionnaire.
2. HR Interview — up to 1-hour interview with a Talent Acquisition Consultant.
3. Technical Interview — up to 1-hour technical discussion with our experts.
4. Final Interview — up to 1-hour soft skills meeting with the Delivery Manager and People Partner.
5. References — We’ll request references at this stage.
