Summary:
As a Infrastructure Systems Engineer specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM), you will be responsible for providing consulting, design, and deployment services for critical IAM solutions. This role requires maintaining knowledge in current and future IAM technologies, standards, practices, and operations. You will work on automating access control processes, implementing modern authentication solutions, and designing identity lifecycle management systems. Additionally, you will integrate IAM solutions across various cloud providers and ensure the implementation of least privilege and zero trust technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consulting, design, and deployment services around critical IAM solutions.
- Maintain high level of knowledge in IAM and related technologies, standards, practices, and operations.
- Automate access control processes such as User Provisioning, Onboarding, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), authorization models, Single Sign-On (SSO), LDAP, and Active Directory.
- Implement modern authentication solutions leveraging SAML/OAuth/etc.
- Design and implement Identity Lifecycle Management systems.
- Implement least privilege and zero trust technologies.
- Integrate IAM solutions across cloud providers (Azure, AWS, Workday, etc.).
- Design and implement technologies such as Intune, Active Directory, OKTA, 2FA/MFA/FIDO Technologies, etc.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to less senior members.
Required Skillset
- Experience with automating access control processes.
- Experience implementing modern authentication solutions.
- Experience with design and implementation of Identity Lifecycle Management.
- Experience with least privilege and zero trust technologies.
- Experience with integrating IAM solutions across cloud providers.
- Demonstrated ability with PowerShell.
- Strong knowledge of cryptographic principles, algorithms, and key management.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
- Experience with Microsoft PKI, HSM, SSL certification management, and AD CS.
- Experience with Teraform and YAML.
- Experience with ARM templates.
- Experience with deploying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) via a pipeline.
- Experience with Azure App Services like Web Apps, Function Apps, App Service Environments, App Service Plans, Key Vaults, Storage Accounts, and Security Products.
- Familiarity with NIST Identity and Access Management Recommended Best Practices.
