🔎 This role is for you if you are:

• A customer-obsessed marketing strategist who thrives on results
• The first to explore new AI marketing tools
• Experienced with Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and more
• Skilled in running sales & results-driven campaigns (not just traffic/awareness)
• Passionate about consumer digital products & ad trends
• 100% focused on paid media (we don’t do SEO)

📋 What You’ll Do

Digital Strategy (30%)

✅ Define client strategies & KPIs

✅ Analyze results & market trends

✅ Lead a marketing team delivering world-class ad experiences

Account Management (60%)

✅ Be the primary client POC

✅ Run weekly check-ins, present reports, guide campaign optimizations

Product (10%)

✅ Collaborate with engineers & PMs to turn marketing processes into new products

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in performance marketing, incl. 2+ years in agency roles
• Experience managing $250K+/month ad spend
• Strong English & communication skills
• Analytical & data-driven mindset
• Proven client-facing POC experience

Nice-to-Haves:
