Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual with a strong work ethic, who excels in an autonomous work environment to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is proactive, takes initiative, and consistently delivers high-quality results without the need for close supervision. They should be able to manage their time effectively, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. The Marketing Data & CRM Coordinator is responsible for ensuring our CRM and lead data are accurate, organized, and optimized for campaign success. You will collaborate closely with the VP Marketing, the rest of the marketing team, and the sales team. If you thrive in a setting where you can take ownership of your work and drive projects to completion independently, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process lead lists received from events and other sources, evaluating leads and MQLs based on ICP, BANT, and engagement criteria.
  • Research and validate contact information leveraging ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and other sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Clean and maintain lists to preserve data integrity and avoid duplication.
  • Segment and upload contacts into HubSpot for campaigns and workflows.
  • Track HubSpot workflows to ensure automations are running correctly and efficiently.
  • Monitor and maintain lead scoring and reporting accuracy within HubSpot.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to ensure deals and pipeline data are kept accurate and presented in a streamlined fashion.
  • Partner with Sales Operations to generate recurring reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) on lead volume, MQL conversion, event ROI, and list performance.
  • Support campaign execution through list segmentation and QA.
  • Maintain database hygiene and compliance with opt-in/opt-out and privacy requirements (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Recommend process and automation improvements to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
  • Document CRM processes to support scalability and cross-team alignment.
  • Help the Company be successful in any other way that your skillsets allow.
  • Contribute positive energy to the culture of the Company by collaborating in a positive, open, and respectful manner.
  • Stay motivated and stay hungry.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in data processing or marketing operations.
  • At least 2 years of experience using HubSpot and/or a HubSpot Academy certification.
  • At least 1 year of experience using ZoomInfo.
  • Previous experience in an early-stage startup environment.
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
  • Ability to generate reports and insights from HubSpot.
  • Understanding of marketing funnel metrics (MQL, SQL, pipeline, attribution).
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative, think outside of the box, and improve processes proactively.
  • Experience in cybersecurity required.
