We're looking for a data-driven problem solver who can transform complex data into actionable business insights.
As a Data Analyst, you'll own the entire data lifecycle, from collection and validation to analysis, visualization, and reporting. You'll partner closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams to drive smarter decisions, improve customer experiences, and accelerate business growth.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute data strategies aligned with business and eCommerce objectives.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Analyze customer behavior, conversion funnels, product performance, and marketing campaigns to uncover actionable insights.
- Monitor key eCommerce and performance marketing metrics and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Ensure data accuracy through validation, audits, and quality control processes.
- Manage analytics platforms including GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and reporting tools.
- Write SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and analysis.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams to implement and maintain tracking and tagging frameworks.
- Identify and resolve tracking, reporting, and attribution issues proactively.
- Present insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Create scalable reporting processes and maintain analytics documentation.
What we are looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, preferably within eCommerce, D2C, or performance-driven digital businesses.
- Strong hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), SQL, and dashboarding tools.
- Proficiency in Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings in a simple and actionable way.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams.
- Highly proactive, curious, and ownership-oriented mindset.
