Job Description: Senior Manager, Performance Marketing (Riyadh, KSA)
We're looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Manager, Performance Marketing to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of developing and executing successful performance-based digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You'll be responsible for overseeing all paid digital marketing efforts, managing a team, and optimizing for key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives for the KSA market. This includes paid search (SEM), social media advertising, display, programmatic, and affiliate marketing.
- Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of all paid digital campaigns. Manage budgets, bid strategies, and A/B testing across various platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Analytics & Reporting: Utilize strong analytical skills to monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance. Use tools like Google Analytics to track KPIs such as ROI, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and grow a team of performance marketing specialists. Foster a data-driven culture of continuous testing and optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, content, and sales, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned and campaigns have a cohesive message.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, specifically within the Saudi Arabian market, to ensure the company remains competitive.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role focused on performance marketing. Experience in the Riyadh or broader KSA market is a significant advantage.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of major advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager).
- Analytical Mindset: A strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, strategic recommendations.
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading and developing a high-performing team.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
