As the Content Marketing Manager at Valant, you will own and build a modern, AI-powered content engine that drives pipeline growth and market visibility. This is not a traditional content role. We are looking for someone who can reimagine how content is created, distributed, and optimized using AI-first workflows.

You will design systems that leverage AI across research, content creation, repurposing, distribution, and performance analysis, enabling us to scale high-quality content efficiently. This role reports to the Head of Demand Generation and will play a critical role in connecting content strategy directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and own Valant’s AI-powered content engine, including workflows for ideation, production, repurposing, and distribution
• Design and implement AI-first workflows to significantly increase content velocity and quality
• Develop and execute a multi-channel content strategy tied directly to pipeline and revenue goals
• Own and scale a webinar program as a core demand generation channel
• Use proprietary data and customer insights to create compelling, differentiated thought leadership
• Create content across formats (written, video, webinars, social) and maximize output through systematic repurposing
• Develop and manage a dynamic editorial calendar informed by performance data and business priorities
• Partner with demand gen, product marketing, sale, customer success, and revops to ensure content supports key GTM initiatives
• Improve Valant’s organic visibility and authority through strong SEO strategy and optimization for answers engines (GEO)
• Manage freelance and AI-assisted production resources to maximize efficiency and quality
• Continuously test, analyze, and optimize content performance using data and AI-driven insights

The Skills & Experience You Bring:

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS content marketing experience
• Proven experience building or operating a content engine tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement AI-powered content workflows (not just use AI tools)
• Deep familiarity with modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, etc.) and ability to apply them across content creation, research, repurposing, and workflow automation
• Experience creating content across multiple formats (blog, video, webinars, email, social)
• Strong understanding of SEO and emerging GEO/AI search trends
• Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or distributed content production
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to guide content decisions
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• High ownership, bias toward action, and comfort collaborating in fast-paced, high-growth environment

• Salary Range for this position is $100,000-$115,000
