Position Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing & Events Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives, event coordination, and lead generation activities. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong collaboration skills to ensure successful campaigns, streamlined workflows, and impactful brand representation.
- This position involves working closely with senior leadership, external partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality marketing assets, coordinate events, and execute outreach campaigns that drive growth and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Communication
- Draft, edit, and manage external communications including email campaigns, newsletters, invitations, and promotional content.
- Write and refine copy for marketing materials, social posts, and presentations with consistent messaging and tone.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure all messaging aligns with company goals.
Creative & Branding Support
- Assist in developing marketing assets such as brochures, flyers, presentations, videos, and event signage.
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials and platforms.
- Work with internal tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, Loop) to edit, finalize, and export creatives for use.
Database & Outreach
- Support lead-generation efforts by researching and organizing contact databases.
- Execute outbound campaigns through Apollo, including sequence setup, testing, and tracking.
- Maintain updated contact lists and ensure accuracy across CRM and outreach platforms.
Social Media & Digital Presence
- Draft, schedule, and monitor LinkedIn and other platform posts to support campaigns, announcements, and events.
- Track engagement metrics and recommend improvements for digital visibility.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on messaging and creative approvals.
Event Coordination
- Plan, organize, and support both virtual and in-person events, including conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, and webinars.
- Manage event timelines, deliverables, registrations, booth preparations, and logistics.
- Act as a liaison between the company and event organizers, vendors, and partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare event-related creatives, presentations, and follow-up campaigns.
Internal Team Support
- Provide marketing support for internal initiatives (e.g., team updates, presentations, reports).
- Assist different teams with creative requests, revisions, and administrative coordination.
- Participate in regular check-ins with senior leadership to align on goals.
Vendor & Partner Liaison
- Coordinate with external vendors, event organizers, and partners for asset approvals, event deliverables, and joint campaigns.
- Manage timelines and expectations for smooth collaboration.
Reporting & Tracking
- Collect data from campaigns and events, prepare post-event and campaign reports, and track KPIs.
- Present findings to senior leadership with actionable insights for future campaigns.
Administrative Tasks
- Maintain organized records of creatives, approvals, and event assets.
- Input and track data to ensure workflow transparency.
- Support day-to-day operations with scheduling, document management, and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, events, or communications.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Literature, or related field is welcomed.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge and experience in the tech industry is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in event planning and/or supporting cross-functional projects is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, Notion, and Apollo.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Eye for detail and brand consistency in design and messaging.
