Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tanzania for a Digital Marketing and Web Designer. The role involves designing and maintaining responsive, user-friendly websites, ensuring visual consistency and strong brand representation across all digital touchpoints. The professional in this position will plan and execute social media campaigns, create digital content, and monitor performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach. Daily tasks include collaborating with internal teams and clients, updating website content, designing graphics and layouts, managing social media accounts, and contributing to broader digital branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in web design, including layout design, responsive design, and user experience principles.
• Experience with website development tools and technologies such as HTML/CSS, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.
• Strong skills in graphic design and visual branding using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of digital marketing practices, including social media management, content creation, and basic SEO.
• Ability to plan and execute digital branding strategies that align with client objectives and target audiences.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages as required.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in an agency or similar fast-paced environment is an added advantage.
