Senior User Experience Designer

Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Senior User Experience (UX) Designer. The role includes leading the design of intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms. Responsibilities include conducting user research, developing prototypes, and creating visual designs while collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product managers and developers. The designer will leverage a human-centered approach to ensure seamless user experiences, aligning each project with goals for user engagement and business growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in User Experience (UX) design and Design Thinking
• Experience in conducting comprehensive User Research to gather qualitative and quantitative insights
• Expertise in Visual Design and creating high-impact, functional designs
• Strong skills in Prototyping and translating user needs into wireframes and interactive models
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision)
• Proven experience in responsive and mobile-first design methodology
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
