You Are

We're looking for a UX/UI Designer with a strong foundation in data visualization and a human-centered approach to design. We are seeking for intuitive designing, data-driven user experiences that empower decision-making at scale.

The Opportunity

• Design user-centric dashboards and data interfaces that simplify complexity and elevate insight.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into visual narratives that support decision-making.
• Collaborate with Technical product owners, developers, and data teams across regions.
• Apply Design Thinking methodologies.
• Ensure design consistency by leveraging and contributing to our global design system.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What You Need

• 2 years of experience in UX/UI design, with proven work in data solutions.
• Strong skills in interaction design, visual hierarchy, and information architecture.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• A portfolio that clearly demonstrates user-centered solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
• Empathy-driven mindset, with the ability to translate user needs into functional.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience designing enterprise-grade dashboards or analytics platforms.
• Comfort working with data teams, understanding KPIs, and visualizing business metrics.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices.
• Familiarity with component-based design systems and responsive frameworks
• Additional certifications and skills:
• Certifications in UX/UI design, such as Certified UX Designer (CUXD) or Certified Interaction Designer (CID). Knowledge of user experience (UX) design and user interface (UI) design.
• Experience in designing digital products and services forretail or e-commerce companies.
