Position: Senior Full Stack Node UI Developer

Role Overview

The Senior Software Engineer will join an agile development team focused on cutting-edge internal actuarial solutions. Key aspects of the role include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, Material UI, Vite, and TypeScript.
• Write unit tests with JEST to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS Lambda.
• Debug complex issues in AWS environments efficiently.
• Leverage C# for specific integrations (nice to have).
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, and other automation tools.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to ensure streamlined deployments.
• Manage deployment artifacts in S3 and oversee application pipeline management.

Required Qualifications:

• English proficiency: Advanced (C1 level)
• Node.js: Advanced level
• Proven experience in front-end development using React.js, Material UI, and TypeScript.
• Strong expertise in AWS Lambda, and API development.
• Experience in writing and maintaining unit tests using JEST.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices using Terraform, CloudFormation, and Jenkins.
• Strong debugging skills in AWS environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Storybook for UI development.
• Familiarity with C# for backend integration tasks.
• Familiarity with Vite and Bootstrap (nice to have).
• Implement reusable UI components and design patterns using Storybook (nice to have).
