We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic performance media team. The ideal candidate is a results-driven paid media expert with a proven track record in overseeing and optimising performance media campaigns across various digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of data-driven marketing strategies, a strong grasp of emerging trends, and the ability to drive impactful outcomes through innovative campaign management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance media strategies aligned with business goals and target audience profiles
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Display, and other relevant platforms
- Conduct detailed keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis
- Stay up to date on digital trends, ad platform changes, and new tools to inform and evolve campaign strategy
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using advanced analytics tools, translating insights into clear actions
- Lead A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting
- Manage and optimize media budgets for maximum efficiency and return on investment
- Explore new paid channels, tools, and tactics to innovate and scale campaigns
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, advertising regulations, and privacy requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with at least 2 years in a digital agency environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Excellent English communication skills, especially in writing high-converting ad copy
- Deep knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, etc.
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to draw insights from campaign data
- Experience managing campaigns end to end, from setup to optimization to reporting
- Google Ads certifications or similar credentials are highly desirable
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and other digital channels is a plus
