About the Role: Performance Marketing Manager

Usay Compare is on the hunt for a strategic and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital acquisition efforts and drive high-quality lead generation across all paid channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Digital Strategy: Lead the development and execution of paid media strategies across PPC, Paid Social, Native, PMAX, and third-party lead partners.
• Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage and mentor our in-house digital team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Optimise for Results: Drive Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) initiatives to maximise campaign performance and ROI.
• Manage Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with lead generation and affiliate partners to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Analyse & Innovate: Use data to uncover trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement impactful projects.
• Report & Influence: Deliver actionable insights to stakeholders and senior leadership through clear, data-backed reporting.
• Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in performance marketing.

What We’re Looking For

• ✅ Proven experience in performance/digital marketing, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• ✅ Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• ✅ Deep knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI).
• ✅ Expertise in CRO, A/B testing, and user journey optimisation.
• ✅ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• ✅ A results-driven mindset with a focus on ROI and lead quality.
