User Experience Designer

Position Title: UX/UI Designer

Location: Wroclaw, Poland - Remote

Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our Digital Experience team in Wroclaw, Poland. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user-centered digital products, with a portfolio that showcases the ability to translate ideas from concept through to interactive prototypes. This is a fast-paced environment that requires adaptability, creativity, and strong collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive, engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications

Translate user needs and business objectives into seamless user interfaces

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and developers

Ensure design consistency and adherence to usability best practices

Manage shifting priorities and handle multiple project timelines effectively

Essential Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design

Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, from concept to prototype

High proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Proven success working in dynamic and agile environments

Preferred Competency:

Digital – User Experience (UX)

Desirable Attributes:

Strong understanding of design thinking principles

Experience with iterative design and feedback-driven improvements
