Summary: Client is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager. This role is pivotal in driving awareness, attach, and expansion of our services portfolio, and in positioning client as a strategic partner that helps enterprise customers realize the full value of their investments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market, customer, and competitive research to inform solution positioning and messaging.
- Messaging and Positioning: Craft compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with executive audiences and differentiates our products in the market.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, presentations, and thought leadership pieces.
- Sales Enablement: Create and deliver impactful sales enablement materials, including training sessions, sales decks, and competitive battle cards; Create and execute marketing and enablement programs that increase services awareness, pipeline, and attach — including core sales plays, pitch narratives, and customer‑ready assets for enterprise buyers.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns with the Account Based Marketing team to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of client's solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Support customer engagements by ensuring our exec briefing content repository is up to date and gather feedback; Represent the voice of customers, Sales, and SSAs in how we evolve the services portfolio and narrative.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for.
- Build and maintain a concise, high‑impact “bill of materials” for services (web and WAC content, decks, one‑pagers, and proof points) that field teams can easily find, use, and tailor.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on running campaigns to an executive audience.
- Proven experience launching products or features and driving meaningful customer adoption.
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
- B2B SaaS product marketing experience, strong GTM discipline, and a bias for partnering with field teams.
- Strategic thinker who can also dive into execution with strong writing and communication skills.
- Experience working on horizontal product capabilities or platform experiences is a plus Bonus.
- if you’ve worked on goal-setting, team management, or work visualization tools.
