Job Description
We are seeking a Temporary Field Marketing Events & Partnerships Manager to support the planning and execution of high-impact regional events, influencers and sponsorships. This individual will work closely with a broad cross-functional team of partners including Go-to-Market, PR, Regional Market Teams, Public Policy, and external agencies.
This role requires a mid-level and proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively across functions and levels, and can independently manage the end-to-end logistics of regional events that support brand awareness, engagement, and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management of field marketing events and sponsorships, from initial planning to post-event reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (PR, Public Policy, Regional teams) and external agencies to ensure seamless execution.
- Build and manage event timelines, materials, assets, and logistics.
- Ensure all deliverables align with brand, compliance, and messaging guidelines.
- Support on-site coordination as needed, including vendor management, regional staffing, and customer experience oversight.
- Create detailed event wrap-up reports summarizing metrics, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement.
- Drive strong internal communication and keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Please identify and escalate risks early, making sure that problem-solving and contingency planning is timely.
Ideal Candidate
- 5–7 years of experience in event, field, or experiential marketing.
- Proven success managing events from concept through execution in a highly cross-functional environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills – able to work well with a variety of personalities and navigate ambiguity.
- Extremely proactive and self-driven – anticipates needs and takes initiative without needing direction.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with agencies and external partners.
- Familiarity with healthcare, tech, or regulated industries is a plus.
