Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and data-driven Brand & Marketing Strategy Lead to shape and execute the marketing direction of our growing SaaS company. You’ll be responsible for defining the brand voice, building integrated marketing strategies, and driving customer acquisition and engagement across the U.S. market.
This role requires a deep understanding of SaaS marketing, a sharp eye for brand development, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You’ll work closely with product, content, sales, and leadership to translate our value proposition into compelling, results-oriented campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and evolve our brand strategy, messaging, and positioning for the U.S. market.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints: website, campaigns, content, and product.
- Conduct competitive and audience research to inform brand storytelling and differentiation.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Own the end-to-end marketing strategy across channels: digital, email, social, paid, content, and partnerships.
- Build and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for product launches, new features, and campaign initiatives.
- Partner with product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline and revenue goals.
Performance & Growth Marketing
- Lead integrated campaigns that drive lead generation, conversion, and retention.
- Collaborate with demand generation teams to optimize spend across paid search, paid social, and SEO.
- Analyze funnel performance, attribution, and ROI.
Content & Messaging
- Oversee strategic content planning — including thought leadership, blog, video, and email.
- Write or guide creation of high-impact brand copy and marketing materials.
- Develop playbooks and messaging frameworks for internal and external use.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Manage external agencies, freelance talent, and the marketing team.
- Work closely with sales, customer success, and product marketing teams to align efforts.
- Present strategies, insights, and results clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS marketing, with proven experience building brand and marketing strategies for U.S.-based customers.
- Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing funnels, buyer personas, and GTM strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable creating or editing content.
- Proficiency with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads etc.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and turn insights into action.
- Experience working in fast-paced, remote-first environments.
