We are building the next-generation luxury automotive platform focused on intelligent growth, operational excellence, customer experience, and advanced technology.

We are seeking an elite AI-focused executive to join our team and implement cutting-edge AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics systems to transform how luxury vehicles are marketed, sold, sourced, priced, serviced, and retained. This role will report directly to ownership and executive leadership and is central to our mission of creating smarter customer experiences and maximizing the impact of every marketing investment.

Location: Flexible, with preference for candidates able to spend meaningful time in Dallas, Newport Beach, Los Angeles, or other US Auto Trust markets

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy AI-driven systems across: Customer acquisition, Digital advertising, CRM automation, Inventory marketing, Pricing strategy, Trade acquisition, Lead scoring, Customer and service retention and Sales process optimization.
  • Develop predictive models to: Identify likely luxury vehicle buyers and trade candidates, Forecast customer buying cycles and inventory demand, Optimize inventory turn and gross profit retention and Identify high-probability luxury prospects.
  • Create intelligent attribution systems capable of tracking: Cost per lead, appointment, and sale, Lifetime customer value, ROI by campaign, platform, salesperson, and geography and Incremental revenue generated.
  • Design and manage AI-powered marketing infrastructure across: Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Email marketing, Influencer campaigns, Dealership websites, CRM platforms, Direct mail and event marketing.
  • Build executive dashboards and real-time analytics systems to support rapid, data-driven decision-making.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies, including: Generative AI, LLM workflows, AI agents, Automation systems, Predictive analytics tools, Data enrichment systems and AI-powered customer engagement platforms
  • Train and support internal teams to integrate AI into daily dealership operations and workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Science, or related field OR 6+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, automation, and data architecture
  • Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, AI automation platforms, CRM intelligence systems, GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and business intelligence tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior, marketing intelligence, and operational execution
  • Ability to combine technical AI expertise with business strategy and performance marketing
  • Automotive experience preferred, but exceptional AI and growth candidates will be considered
  • Strong overall communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Description

$150K to $300K DOE
