JOB TITLE: UX Designer

TOP 3 SKILLS:
Strong expertise in Figma (component libraries, prototyping, design systems)
Hands-on experience with Salesforce UX/UI and familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)
Experience designing for AI-driven or conversational agent experiences

POSITION SUMMARY:

We re seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to join on a short term contract. The role will focus on designing intuitive, scalable, and engaging user experiences to accelerate the launch of new Agents over the next quarter. You ll work closely with the GTM Applications Product & Experience Team and Salesforce teams to deliver design assets, prototypes, and polished user flows that support agent adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction (internal and external).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partner with GTM Product Owners, Salesforce developers, and business stakeholders to design end-to-end experiences for targeted AgentForce use cases
Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
Translate complex Salesforce/AgentForce functionality into simple and intuitive user experience
Ensure consistency with existing design systems and brand standards while pushing for usability and clarity
Conduct quick design iterations and collaborate closely with stakeholders to finalize experiences for upcoming agent launches
Provide design support for content templates, UI components, and workflows across multiple agents

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong expertise in Figma (component libraries, prototyping, design systems)
Hands-on experience with Salesforce UX/UI and familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)
Experience designing for AI-driven or conversational agent experiences
Ability to work independently and deliver on tight timelines with high quality
Excellent communication skills, with experience collaborating in cross-functional, agile environments
Prior experience working directly with AgentForce or Salesforce AI solutions (nice to have)
Familiarity with enterprise B2B SaaS workflows
