URPopular is an influencer marketing company working across India and GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) markets. We receive a consistent flow of both direct and indirect leads from brands interested in influencer marketing and the creator economy. We are now looking to onboard a rockstar Salesperson / Business Development Lead who can take complete ownership of closing brand deals and scaling our business.
Key Responsibilities :
· • Own and lead the influencer marketing sales process for India and GCC markets (including UAE).
· • Give instant and strategic brand solutions based on campaign objectives.
· • Match the right creators with the right brands with strong instinct and industry understanding.
· • Close brand deals independently with minimal turnaround time.
· • Take full ownership of sales funnel from lead to conversion.
· • Build and grow the sales function – including hiring and mentoring a future sales team.
· • Work closely with strategy and creator management teams to ensure campaign success.
Requirements
· • Minimum 2.5 to 3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing sales.
· • Strong understanding of the creator economy and brand marketing strategies.
· • Proven track record of closing brand deals in India and/or GCC regions.
· • Excellent communication, pitch, and relationship-building skills.
· • Self-driven, proactive, and highly accountable individual.
· • Ability to think on your feet and give quick, impactful solutions to brands.
• Experience in handling inbound, outbound, and referral leads.
