About Uli Asia Pacific
ULI, the Urban Land Institute, is a non-profit research and education organisation focused on the real estate sector with a strong mission, to shape the future of the built environment for transformative impact in communities worldwide. To advance the mission, the members have identified three mission priorities, which are decarbonisation, affordable and adequate housing and educating the next generation of real estate leaders.
Founded in 1936, we have over 48,000 members worldwide, representing the entire spectrum of land use and real estate development disciplines working in private and public sectors.
With a regional headquarters in Hong Kong, ULI Asia Pacific has more than 3,000 members across Australia, China, Hong Kong SAR, India, Japan, the Philippines, Singapore, and South Korea.
The region has an ambitious growth plan to expand this network, deepen member engagement, continue to provide a platform for the industry to accelerate the decarbonization of the built environment, inspire best practices for equitable and sustainable land use, and educate the next generation of diverse leaders.
To support this growth, ULI Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced, highly organised individual to lead our Marketing & Communications team for the region. The role will be critical in enhancing ULI’s visibility, strengthening its value proposition and brand awareness, and ultimately driving membership growth and retention, financial performance, and advancing mission impact.
