Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a creative and technically proficient freelance Web Designer who can design visually compelling, user-centric digital experiences across websites, web apps, and mobile interfaces. If you can confidently translate business needs into elegant and intuitive layouts that perform across platforms—this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design responsive websites, web apps, and landing pages with a strong visual identity
• Collaborate with developers, content writers, and branding teams to bring concepts to life
• Create and maintain design systems, UI components, and visual guidelines
• Ensure usability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Translate wireframes into pixel-perfect high-fidelity designs
• Iterate based on feedback, A/B testing, or analytics data

Must-Have Skills

• Strong grasp of UI/UX principles, visual hierarchy, and user flow design
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Experience designing for WordPress, Webflow, or Wix
• Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS, and responsive frameworks (preferably Bootstrap or Tailwind)
• Understanding of web typography, color theory, and modern layout techniques
• Familiarity with mobile-first and SEO-friendly design practices

Good-to-Have Skills

• Basic understanding of JavaScript or animation libraries
• Experience designing dashboards, admin panels, or SaaS UI
• Awareness of Core Web Vitals and performance-optimized design
• Comfortable working with developer handoff tools (Zeplin, Figma Inspect, etc.)
• Ability to occasionally support on Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator when needed
