The Video and Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing and producing videos and visual assets for a variety of clients across tech, finance and pharmaceutical industries.
The freelance Video and Graphic designer will work on an ad-hoc basis developing AI-powered videos using Synthesia or other AI Video tools, as well as developing visual assets for learning and marketing materials.
Main Duties
- Graphic and video design
- Create high-quality visual content, including graphics, illustrations, and video assets, to support marketing, training, and digital learning materials.
- Design engaging and professional layouts for reports, presentations, and online content, ensuring brand consistency.
- Develop motion graphics, animations, and video edits to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.
- Stakeholder collaboration
- Work closely with content creators, trainers, and marketing teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Interpret briefs effectively and translate complex information into visually compelling designs.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and client expectations while maintaining a high standard of visual communication.
- Content adaptation and optimisation
- Adapt visual assets for different platforms, including websites, social media, e-learning platforms, and print materials.

Essential qualifications and experience
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in graphic and video design, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality visual content.
- Experience in developing videos using Synthesia or a similar AI video tool, with a strong understanding of AI-driven video creation.
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
- Ability to create engaging motion graphics, animations, and high-quality video edits tailored to various audiences.
- Experience designing content for multiple platforms, including social media, e-learning, websites, and print.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
