About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to support our digital marketing, ad experience, and programmatic advertising efforts. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and has experience designing custom ad units, landing pages, newsletters, and other marketing assets.
The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of UX principles, responsive design, and A/B testing, and be comfortable creating designs tailored for programmatic platforms across display, native, and video formats.
📍 Location: Remote – Anywhere in Latin America (Mexico, Central America, South America preferred)
🕒 Hours: 40 hours/week
💵 Compensation: $2,000/month (USD)
Responsibilities:
- Experience designing custom ad units, display ads, advertorials, top banners, landing pages, emailed newsletters, and other marketing elements with a performance-driven approach.
- Must have a deep understanding of responsive web design standards and best practices to ensure all ad units are optimized for various placements across different devices and screen resolutions.
- Knowledgeable in responsive design frameworks to create design files that developers can easily reference for coding responsive layouts.
- Ability to create detailed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for Product, stakeholders, and developers.
- A creative thinker who can tackle UX challenges (usability, findability, responsiveness) and collaborate closely with product management to design effective, user-friendly solutions.
- Ability to interpret internal data reports to drive iteration that will improve CTR and conversions.
- Partner with Product teams to become a subject matter expert on insights to deliver higher-performing ads.
- Experience supporting programmatic advertising efforts through high-performing, adaptable ad design.
- Comfortable designing ad experiences optimized for programmatic platforms (e.g., display, native, video).
Requirements:
- Digital Banking, Finance, or customer acquisition experience is a huge plus.
- 5+ years of industry experience designing software products, digital marketing, or web services
- Experience working with programmatic media or display ad platforms is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with A/B test results to iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of Design Systems and Figma
- Deep understanding of the tools of the trade (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other prototyping tools)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
- Full grasp of mobile and responsive design standards and best practices
- Experience managing projects and deadlines with emphasis on both quality and timely delivery
- Strong portfolio of design projects
- Problem-solving aptitude and adaptability
