Role: Fractional Email Marketing & Retention Manager
Location: Remote (U.S. based only)
Commitment: 10–15 hours/week
Compensation: Hourly, DOE

What You’ll Do
- Own the email and SMS marketing calendar, aligning campaigns with key product and promotional moments.
- Manage end-to-end campaign workflows: setup, QA, deployment, resends, and basic reporting.
- Launch and optimize lifecycle flows (welcome, win-back, post-purchase, etc.) in Klaviyo.
- Collaborate with internal and external resources for creative assets and copy development.
- Monitor deliverability using seed lists and inboxing tests; identify and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide monthly and quarterly reporting, analyzing KPIs such as open/click/conversion rates, list growth, and campaign-level revenue.
- Maintain documentation and update the retention roadmap based on performance and strategic initiatives.
- Oversee technology workflows, segment logic, A/B testing, and integration checks.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing (Klaviyo proficiency required)
- Fluent in the customer lifecycle funnel and growth-stage retention tactics.
- Hands-on: You’re equally comfortable building flows and diving into analytics.
- Strong attention to detail with a QA-first mindset when deploying campaigns.
- Self-motivated and structured: you don’t need hand-holding to move fast and deliver high-quality work.
- Excellent communicator who thrives in asynchronous, remote environments.
