Product Designer

About The Role

We are looking for a Product Designer who can bridge the gap between business requirements, user

needs, and product execution. This role goes beyond creating screens and wireframes—you will work

directly with stakeholders, translate business problems into product experiences, and drive design

decisions across the organization.

You will be expected to participate in client discussions, challenge assumptions when necessary, and

collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to shape product direction.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product design initiatives from discovery to delivery.

Conduct stakeholder and client discussions to understand business goals and user needs.

Convert complex requirements into intuitive product experiences, workflows, and design

solutions.

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Define and maintain design systems and component libraries.

Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation.

Break down large design problems into actionable workstreams and coordinate execution with

other designers.

Present and defend design decisions using user, business, and product reasoning.

Participate in product strategy discussions and influence roadmap decisions through design

insights.

Identify usability issues and continuously improve product experiences using data and feedback.

Mentor junior designers and provide constructive design reviews.

Required Qualifications

4–5 years of professional experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related roles.

Strong portfolio demonstrating ownership of complex product design projects.

Experience working directly with clients, stakeholders, or business teams.

Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured product solutions.

Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, usability principles, and

design systems.

Proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in SaaS, B2B, enterprise, fintech, healthcare, or product-focused startups.

Experience leading design initiatives across multiple product areas.

Familiarity with product metrics, experimentation, and user research methodologies.

Previous experience mentoring designers or leading small design teams.
