Partner Marketing Manager (remote) Upland software, Specialized Markets Business unit
Upland Software delivers specialized solutions that make us irresistible and irreplaceable to our customers. As part of the Specialized Markets business unit, you’ll help bring innovative B2B software products to life for complex and high-value business needs.
We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy, partner engagement, and co-marketing execution for a key solution in our product lineup. In this role, you’ll develop and drive marketing programs to, with, and through partners—helping educate and enable our ecosystem, launch joint campaigns, and accelerate pipeline growth through channel collaboration.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Brand teams, as well as directly with strategic partners, to build and deliver integrated programs that generate awareness, drive partner-sourced pipeline, and clearly communicate product value to both partner and customer audiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the GTM strategy for assigned product— including positioning, messaging, enablement, and joint lead generation with strategic partners.
- Develop and implement demand generation programs to partners that drive engagement, education, and readiness, and through partners to reach end customers and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Drive co-marketing initiatives with partners, including webinars, events, content, and campaigns that support mutual GTM goals.
- Communicate product value propositions and feature releases through a variety of marketing channels—including email, web, blogs, social media, digital ads, and sales enablement assets—tailored for both partner and customer audiences.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to deliver compelling, consistent messaging across partner and customer touchpoints.
- Work cross-functionally to define and refine differentiated messaging that supports partner sales motions in competitive markets.
- Monitor partner marketing funnel performance and use insights to optimize tactics, improve ROI, and support sales enablement.
- Partner with internal teams (sales, product, enablement) and strategic partners to plan, execute, and report on co-branded multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, webinars, events, etc.).
- Manage Upland’s presence—alongside partners—at select trade shows, webinars, and industry events to support co-marketing, lead generation, and partner engagement.
Requirements
- 10 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software, with at least 3+ years in partner or channel marketing.
- Proven success leading partner GTM initiatives and co-marketing programs that deliver measurable impact to pipeline.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Experience with full-funnel marketing strategy, campaign performance tracking, and A/B testing.
- Excellent writing skills across formats—email, web, social, collateral—with the ability to clearly communicate both technical and business value to partners and customers.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage external partner relationships.
- Comfortable using data and insights to optimize messaging and improve campaign performance.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing full-funnel marketing programs, including SEO/SEM, ABM, email, paid social, and display—ideally in a partner-driven context.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute outbound campaigns through partners and align with their sales motions.
- Experience optimizing messaging and user experience across landing pages and digital channels.
- Familiarity with marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI).
- Experience using Salesforce, 6sense, Wrike, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
- Strong content development skills with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Analytical mindset and a test-and-learn approach to campaign optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
