We are currently seeking a UI/UX Designer with a passion for elegant, intuitive user experiences and a strong command of Figma. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to design seamless interfaces that drive impact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business and product requirements into clean, functional, and visually compelling user experiences.
• Ensure consistent application of brand and design standards across all product interfaces.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather insights and requirements.
• Develop and present user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation.
• Conduct and incorporate feedback from user testing to inform continuous design improvements.
• Own and evolve the design system in Figma, ensuring scalability and consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in UI/UX design with a strong focus on digital product design.
• Deep expertise in Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and team collaboration.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality UI/UX work across platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation

• Salary: ₦500,000 – ₦650,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level.
