Job Description:
Creaper is looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager with a strong blend of content marketing, social media expertise, and performance advertising skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of agency experience and the ability to craft engaging content strategies, leverage social media skills for seamless execution and drive results through data-backed performance ads. They must be highly proficient in social media platforms. Candidates who have successfully cracked case studies or implemented impactful strategies for any social media account are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Marketing
- Develop and implement creative content strategies that align with brand objectives.
- Oversee content planning, creation, and curation for multiple social media platforms.
- Optimize content for audience engagement, brand storytelling, and platform-specific best practices.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to maintain a cohesive brand voice.
- Technical Skills
- Manage social media scheduling, automation, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Monitor platform updates, algorithm changes, and social media trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns, including UTM tracking and audience segmentation.
- Performance Advertising
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics (ROAS, engagement, CPC, CTR) and generate actionable insights to improve ad efficiency.
- A/B test creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to maximize ad performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a social media management role within an agency.
- Proven ability to develop content strategies that drive engagement and audience growth.
- Strong technical expertise in social media tools, analytics, and automation.
- Experience in running and optimizing paid social media campaigns with measurable results.
- Knowledge of SEO, audience targeting, and organic/paid content synergy.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
Preferred:
- Experience with influencer collaborations and community engagement.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and cross-channel digital marketing.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting and insights-driven strategy adjustments.
