About the Role
We’re looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, design, and performance. You’ll collaborate closely with our strategists, copywriters, and ad specialists to craft scroll-stopping videos, motion graphics, and social-first creatives that deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality, performance-ready videos for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
 
- Hands-on experience using AI video generation & AI asset platforms like Freepik, Gemini & Eleven Labs etc for creating motion and live-action content.
 
- Ability to integrate AI-generated visuals, voice overs, or motion elements into final production workflows
 
- Create cutdowns, prototypes, and variations optimized for A/B testing and ad performance.
 
- Manage versioning, file organization, and shared-drive workflows for smooth delivery.
 
- Implement feedback rapidly and iterate based on creative performance data.
 
- Deliver exports aligned with platform specifications (aspect ratios, codecs, color profiles, etc.).
 
- Explore and leverage AI-assisted editing tools to enhance workflow speed and creativity.
 
Technical Skills (Mandatory)

Creative Competencies
- Motion graphics principles (timing, easing, staging, kinetic typography)
 
- Illustration and asset creation for animation (rigs, iconography, transitions)

- Video compositing: tracking, rotoscoping, green-screen integration
 
- Basic VFX: particle systems, precomps, and simple simulations
 
- Quick turnaround editing for vertical and paid-social formats
 
Workflow & Optimization
- Strong file and asset management discipline
 
- Creating multiple ad-ready variants for testing and optimization
 
- Awareness of how creative performance maps to campaign KPIs
 
Automation & Emerging Tech
- Familiarity with AI-powered motion tools and workflow automation
 
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design, Animation, Film, Visual Communication, or equivalent field (preferred)
 
Experience
- 2–5 years in video editing, motion design, or digital content creation (agency or performance-driven environment preferred)
 
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
 
- Attention to detail, ownership, and ability to manage multiple timelines
 
- Strong portfolio showcasing video edits, motion design, and compositing work (required)
