Visual Designer

We’re hiring a Visual Designer with strong creative instincts, impeccable taste, and a real passion for editorial design. You should be confident turning ideas into polished visual work across brand, marketing, and campaign assets, with particular strength in Adobe InDesign and the wider Adobe Creative Suite. The role is remote yet if you are in Delhi NCR, that would be a plus as we can meet and work together as well.

About the role

• Create high-quality visual assets for print and digital use.
• Design brochures, decks, posters, reports, packaging, event collateral, and other brand materials.
• Translate briefs into clear, compelling concepts that are on-brand and production-ready.
• Work closely with stakeholders to refine layouts, typography, and overall visual direction.

Responsibilities

• Own design projects from concept through final delivery.
• Produce thoughtful layout systems with strong hierarchy, spacing, and typography.
• Prepare print-ready files with attention to detail and consistency.
• Adapt designs across formats while maintaining a strong visual standard.
• Collaborate with internal teams to bring campaigns and brand moments to life.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a visual designer, graphic designer, or similar mid-level design role.
• Strong command of Adobe InDesign, plus confidence in other Adobe tools such as Illustrator and Photoshop.
• A portfolio that shows strong visual taste, attention to detail, and solid print design work.
• Comfort working across multiple projects, incorporating feedback, and meeting deadlines.
• Strong fundamentals in composition, layout, typography, and brand consistency.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for campaigns, editorial-style layouts, or brand systems.
• Experience preparing assets for production or working closely with printers/vendors.
• Motion, presentation, or lightweight digital design experience.
