3D Product Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a 3D Product Designer to join the our team. This role will support our marketing operations by creating high-quality 3D product models, realistic renders, and visually engaging assets for campaigns, websites, and promotional content.

Key Responsibilities

• Model, texture, and render high-quality 3D product visuals using Blender (or similar 3D tools).
• Create photorealistic product renders, animations, and marketing visuals according to strategy.
• Prepare 3D outputs in GLB/GLTF formats suitable for web, e-commerce, and interactive use.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visuals for digital assets.
• Produce clean wireframes, UV maps, and texture layouts.
• Develop 3D scene lighting, materials, and composition for engaging visual storytelling.
• Maintain a consistent 3D asset library for all products.
• Ensure visual accuracy and brand consistency across all renders.
• Prepare technical documentation and naming standards for 3D files.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in 3D modeling and product visualization.
• Advanced proficiency in any 3D tool.(modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering).
• Experience with product-based render workflows (packshots, promo visuals).
• Knowledge of PBR texturing; Substance Painter experience is a plus.
• Understanding of visual composition, lighting, and material realism.
• Portfolio demonstrating 3D product work & cases.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite is an advantage.
• Turkish proficiency is required; English proficiency is also essential, as the role involves participating in meetings with our international clients.
