A world-class branding, marketing, and social media marketing agency for the nation's top real estate agents and brokerages is seeking an experienced & and creative Marketing Account Manager. We are looking for someone who can start part-time and grow into the role as we continue to grow.

What you will do
The Marketing Account Manager oversees the marketing initiatives for each client. They are in direct contact with the client and should maintain these relationships daily. The objective of the role is to secure their client’s confidence as a brand and marketing professional who can support their marketing and advertising strategies and initiatives.
How you will make an impact
- Help define the scope for each client’s strategy, ensuring proposals meet or exceed the client’s business objectives
- Fast-paced & creative execution on digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, website editing, and print advertising
- Create high-quality, on-brand, original content consistently for each client
- Work as a strategic partner who understands the client’s brand and business, actively identifying new opportunities to showcase their brand within their audience better
- Analyze opportunities and recommend strategies and tactics for print and digital advertising, media, promotions, digital and social media, experiential, grassroots, etc.
- Leverage research and information based on brokerage and industry data to better market and showcase client services
- Build strong relationships and manage all communication with your clients
- Showcase an elevated sense of style through marketing efforts
Who you are:
- Hold a related undergraduate degree
- Have at least 4 years of marketing experience, ideally real estate industry-specific
- Have at least 4 years of experience in a client-facing or Account Management role
- Have experience in a creative, high-traffic, and demanding field or organization
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Indesign, etc.) and/or Canva
- Confident, creative, and delivers quality results and service every time
- A team player who is constantly looking for better solutions and outcomes
- Willing to stay up to date on industry knowledge on branding, marketing, and real estate trends
- Organized and able to handle multiple projects

Pay Structure:
This part-time role offers a lucrative pay-per-client compensation structure. We pay $35/hr for training and then $15,000-$18,000 per client with the potential to go full-time with a base pay + salary. Our full-time marketing managers' workloads range from 4-6 clients.
