ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative, detail-driven Graphic Designer to join our marketing team in Noida. Reporting to the Brand and Visual Strategist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content across social media, digital campaigns, print materials, and events. With a strong command of Canva and an eye for short-form video content, you will play a hands-on role in shaping the visual identity of a globally connected brand. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level designer to grow within an internationally operating team and contribute to campaigns that reach audiences across 20+ source markets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
--> Social Media
- Design engaging visual content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms in line with brand guidelines.
- Resize and adapt existing designs for different formats, placements, and platform specifications.
- Support the creation of social media carousels, story templates, and promotional graphics.
- Assist in the production of short-form video content and reels, including basic editing, text overlays, transitions, and formatting for platforms such as Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
--> Digital and Print Collateral
- Design digital and print flyers, brochures, banners, and promotional materials for campaigns and partner communications.
- Ensure all print-ready files meet correct specifications including bleed, resolution, and colour profiles.
--> Events
- Produce event materials including pull-up banners, signage, presentations, name badges, and exhibition assets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure event materials are delivered on time and to brand standards.
--> Brand and Team Collaboration
- Maintain and organise design assets, templates, and shared libraries within Canva and team storage systems.
- Follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency in typography, colour usage, layout, and visual style across all deliverables.
- Support the Brand and Visual Strategist and broader marketing team with ad-hoc design requests as needed.
- Stay up to date with design trends and social media visual formats relevant to the international education and EdTech sectors.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
--> Essential
- 3+ years of experience in a graphic design, visual content, or marketing design role.
- Proficient in Canva, including the use of templates, brand kits, and team workspaces (this is our primary design tool).
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals including typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing social media platforms across both organic and paid formats.
- Basic video editing skills, with the ability to create and format short-form reel-style content using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong, consistent visual work across digital and print formats, including examples of short-form video or reel content.
- Collaborative working style with strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
--> Preferred / Nice to Have
- Working knowledge of Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience in the education, EdTech, or international student recruitment sector.
- Familiarity with preparing print-ready files and managing print production processes.
