Job Title: Email Marketing Strategist & Specialist

Location: Remote

We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Strategist & Specialist with a proven ability to double email revenue through both strategic planning and hands-on execution. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a performance-driven eCommerce environment and is passionate about customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the entire email marketing channel strategy—from planning and execution to performance tracking and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute compelling promotional, transactional, and lifecycle email campaigns that drive engagement and maximize ROI.
• Identify revenue growth opportunities and lead initiatives aimed at doubling email channel revenue.
• Build, test, and optimize automated email flows, drip campaigns, and behavior-based triggers.
• Design and implement segmentation strategies to deliver personalized messaging at scale.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, and product teams to create high-converting emails and nurture sequences.
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize subject lines, creatives, CTAs, send times, and segmentation.
• Monitor KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, revenue per email, etc.) and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.) and maintain best practices for deliverability.
• Stay current with trends, tools, and innovations in email marketing, CRM, and automation platforms.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in email marketing with a focus on revenue growth and performance.
• Proven track record of significantly increasing revenue from email campaigns—ideally doubling email-driven sales.
• Mandatory experience in the eCommerce industry—understanding customer journeys, promotional cycles, and retention strategies.
• Strong grasp of email marketing strategy, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
• Proficient in analyzing email performance metrics and turning data into insights.
• Bonus: Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email customization.
