Are you an email marketing pro with hands-on DotDigital experience? We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented DotDigital Expert to join our growing team at Upbott!

You will lead our email marketing automation, manage campaign execution, and drive performance optimization — playing a key role in enhancing customer engagement and boosting conversions.

🔹 Responsibilities:

Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns using DotDigital.
Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely delivery of promotional, transactional, and lifecycle email flows.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize performance, open rates, and conversions.
Build and manage audience segmentation strategies for better targeting and personalization.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling email templates and creatives.
Monitor email performance, analyze reports, and provide actionable insights.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and email marketing best practices.
Work closely with internal and external teams to align email marketing strategies with business goals.
Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in email marketing and DotDigital features.

🔹 Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in email marketing and automation.
Strong hands-on expertise with DotDigital (campaigns, automations, segmentation, reporting, etc.).
Solid experience managing campaign schedules and execution.
Deep understanding of deliverability, compliance, and email marketing best practices.
Strong analytical skills for performance analysis and optimization.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
(Bonus) Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customization.
(Preferred) Experience with eCommerce email marketing.
