About the role
Interop Labs is growing, and we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for taking Axelar’s products to market; from messaging and positioning to hands-on GTM execution.

Your responsibilities
- Develop compelling product messaging and positioning that highlights the value of Axelar products (ITS, Amplifier, and more).
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine messaging and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless product adoption and customer success.
- Serve as the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and translating it into actionable insights for the product team.
- Track and analyze the success of marketing initiatives, refining strategies to optimize results.
Your profile
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in technology companies, ideally within Web3, blockchain, or developer-focused products.
- Proven track record of launching products and driving adoption through hands-on marketing efforts.
- Experience with competitive analysis, market research, and crafting GTM strategies.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a standalone role while collaborating with a diverse, global team.
- Comfortable in a startup environment where priorities shift, and speed is key.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with both technical and creative expertise.
- Passion for Web3 and a strong curiosity about how blockchain can drive innovation.
