WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of blockchain platforms and token management systems.
Experience with Solana, Ethereum, Avalanche, Canto, Polygon, Binance, Arbitrum, Aptos, Base, or similar.
Strong skills in digital marketing, with a focus on product and growth marketing strategies.
Demonstrated ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced remote environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate product value and features.
A proactive attitude to identify opportunities and leverage product strengths in the marketplace.
Not preferred: candidates who thrive exclusively in structured corporate environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance product visibility and adoption.
Collaborate closely with development teams to understand product updates and incorporate them into marketing plans.
Drive initiatives to communicate Magna's value proposition, particularly focusing on the automation and compliance aspects of token distribution.
Support platform onboarding by creating compelling content and resources for investors and employees.
Manage branding and positioning efforts across multiple blockchain ecosystems.
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings.
Coordinate with partners and industry leaders like Fireblocks and Anchorage to solidify brand presence.
Report marketing insights and performance metrics to upper management, helping guide strategic decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Office Policy: This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility in location and working hours to accommodate the fast-paced nature of the blockchain industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, with a strong preference for experience in the blockchain or fintech sectors.
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns that led to tangible product adoption and growth.
Familiarity with smart contracts, token distributions, and vesting schedules is highly desirable.
Experience working with financial and legal instruments such as SAFTs, token warrants, and grants.
Proficiency with tools and platforms for marketing analytics and customer engagement.
Adept at using collaborative technologies and remote working solutions; adaptable to changing priorities and agile workflows.
