Brand Marketing Manager (Mobile & PC Games)

Location: Canada (Vancouver preferred) | Full-Time | Remote or Hybrid

Salary Range: CAD $68,000 to $72,000

The Role:

We're looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market and growth strategies across a portfolio of mobile and PC games. You'll collaborate across teams to shape campaign narratives, optimize store presence, and build marketing roadmaps that support every stage of a game's lifecycle. A core part of this role is staying attuned to players—understanding what they care about and making sure every campaign reflects their voice and experience.

This is a key role in our company’s growth. As a small, fast-moving team, we need someone ready to make an impact from day one. It’s both a strategic and hands-on position, ideal for someone who can confidently shape high-level plans and is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute them.

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing strategy and campaign execution for mobile and PC game titles
  • Develop and manage go-to-market plans for launch, soft launch, and major updates
  • Own App Store and Steam optimization, including creative and copy updates
  • Collaborate with creative, UA, and social teams to align messaging and content
  • Track performance metrics and adjust campaigns based on player behavior and data
  • Create long-term and short-term campaign calendars that support retention, acquisition, and re-engagement
  • Act as a key marketing contact with developers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure campaigns reflect player needs, community feedback, and platform trends

Qualifications

  • 3 or more years in a marketing role within the games industry
  • Experience launching and growing mobile or PC titles
  • Strong knowledge of ASO, campaign planning, and user lifecycle strategy
  • Comfort working across creative and analytics teams
  • Bonus: copywriting or content development experience
  • A deep understanding of what players care about, and how to reflect that in your work

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: CAD $68,000 to $72,000
