Every product is handcrafted in small batches in California using only ingredients derived directly from nature — including grass-fed, grass-finished tallow from regenerative U.S. farms, organic cold-pressed oils, and wild-harvested botanicals.

Our story began with a personal search for truly clean, effective skincare. What we found instead was a market flooded with diluted formulas, greenwashing, and misleading claims. So we created something different — a line of products with zero fillers, zero synthetics, and full transparency behind every ingredient and sourcing decision.

We’re now seeking a Social Media Manager who can help communicate this mission with clarity and intention, while building trust and connection with our community online.

Position Overview

As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for executing a clear, consistent content strategy across all platforms — with a strong focus on education, brand storytelling, and visual authenticity. You’ll create and publish posts, manage short-form video content, and help shape how Untamed Organics shows up online.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (production process, ingredient sourcing, lifestyle, behind the scenes, etc.)
Write thoughtful, brand-aligned captions and scripts that reflect the mission of Untamed Organics
Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and shorts consistently
Share in-depth storytelling around sourcing, ingredients, product education, and customer rituals
Monitor engagement across platforms and respond to DMs and comments in a timely, respectful tone
Stay informed on trends and changes in platform behavior that align with our brand’s tone and mission
Collaborate with the founder on upcoming campaigns, product launches, and community messaging

Who We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
Proficient in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Rush, or similar tools)
Strong written communication skills with a grounded, thoughtful voice
Experience creating visual content for skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brands is preferred
Ability to balance aesthetics with clarity and education
Strong organizational skills and ability to self-manage within a remote or hybrid structure
Deep respect for natural ingredients, regenerative farming, and ethical sourcing is a major plus
