Head of Marketing, Commercialization & Web Design

We're looking for a creative technologist to join Unscripted.

At Unscripted, we're building a hyper-personalized career testing and exploration platform that helps ambitious college students turn ambition into a real roadmap for careers, startups, and personal brand expansion. As we grow, we want our website and product to feel as dynamic and forward-thinking as the students that we are serving.

That's why we're looking for someone who lives and breathes web animation and motion design — someone who can bring our brand to life with fluid, high-impact visual storytelling.

What we're looking for:

• Hands-on expertise with CapCut or other relevant film creation software
• Additional film creation software that might be used: GSAP, Anime.js, Motion.dev, and React-Spring
• A portfolio that shows you can turn a film design into something that moves, breathes, and reacts
• Comfort working with WebGL / shader-driven effects (think: glass, refraction, fluid transitions) to create standout, scroll-stopping web experiences
• An eye for detail: the kind of person who obsesses over easing curves and micro-interactions as much as the big picture

What you'll do:

• Design and build animated, interactive experiences for our web platform and marketing site
• Collaborate directly with our founding team to translate brand and product vision into motion
• Help set the visual bar for how a fast-moving edtech startup should feel online
