Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Remote (Travel to New Jersey as needed)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager with 5–8 years of project/program management experience to support strategic, large-scale transformation initiatives within the medical device industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in project execution, PMO operations, change management, and stakeholder engagement within global, cross-functional environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end project management activities, including project planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting, and execution.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards, KPIs, status reports, and performance metrics.
• Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Support PMO governance frameworks, executive reporting, and performance monitoring activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Apply change management methodologies to support organizational and business transformation initiatives.
• Conduct gap assessments, analyze business processes, and recommend continuous improvement solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, communications, and project updates across all organizational levels.
• Assist with resource planning, project prioritization, and operational project support activities.

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of Project or Program Management experience.
• Prior experience within the medical device industry.
• Knowledge of EU MDR, Clinical Evaluation Reports (CERs), and clinical evaluation processes.
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs.
• Proven ability to work effectively within global, matrixed organizations.
• Strong understanding and practical application of change management methodologies.
• Experience in project planning, resource management, KPI tracking, risk management, and performance reporting.
• Hands-on experience supporting PMO governance, dashboards, and operational reporting.
• Experience performing gap analysis, performance consulting, and process improvement recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CAPM, Prosci, or related project management certifications.
• Experience supporting regulatory, quality, compliance, or medical device transformation projects.
