A well-established California Real Estate Corporation for approximately 40 years with some staff in Cairo, Egypt is Seeking an E-Learning Consultant to help develop and implement marketing strategies to promote e-learning offerings, focusing on digital channels to increase course enrolment and user engagement, while also Analyzing data and reporting on campaign performance to help re-direct and optimize the use of resources. The individual must have a commanding knowledge of the English language and work night shift hours to help instructor in marketing the educational video materials.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
· Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote e-learning courses and programs.
· Work with Instructor’s existing target audiences and tailor marketing messages accordingly.
· Research and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Digital Marketing Execution:
· Creating and managing online marketing content, including website, social media posts, email campaigns,
and online advertisements.
· Managing and updating our LMS platform
· Overseeing all website updates and integrations
· Coordinating our email list, resolving any possible E-blast delivery issues, and analyzing campaign
performance
· Driving traffic through SEO-Algorithm analysis & digital strategies.
· Collaborating on paid ad campaigns across social platforms
· Utilize various digital marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid
advertising.
· Optimize marketing campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
· Generate reports and present findings to Instructor.
· Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
· Assist Instructor in identifying possible use of “Affiliates” to further market the class
Collaboration:
· Work closely with Instructor currently using Thinkific platform on both Instructor’s WordPress website, Udemy and possible LinkedIn
Content Creation:
· Develop engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including blog posts, articles, case studies, and videos.
· Ensure that all marketing materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
· The individual must have at least 4 Years in providing such functions to institutional or large following individuals.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices .
· Experience with various digital marketing channels .
· The individual should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
· Ability to analyze data and identify trends .
· Experience with learning management systems (LMS), in particular the familiarity with Thinkific is a Must .
· Familiarity with educational sites and, in particular Udemy as well other similar educational platforms
· Familiarity with all the educational sites (Hosting/Marketing Courses) is a Must.
· Enhancing the performance of the existing Udemy marketing performance.
