Responsibilities

• Registering, validating, and verifying the members of all Ultrasound Loyalty Clubs of our partner (customers, distributors, and employees) worldwide.
• Management of the Club Email inboxes and customer support, providing support on related inquiries and requests.
• Updating content of the Clubs' websites in accordance with legal and regulatory guidelines.
• Managing the Club’s website and member management reporting.

Technologies / Skills

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred in the field of Business IT or IT or Marketing or Marketing Analytics Knowledge & Skills
• Understanding of databases
• Familiarity with reports
• Project management capabilities Personal Attributes
• Tactical execution capabilities
• Creative problem-solver with data-driven decision making approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
