Product Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead development and performance for our Texas auto insurance products. This is a strategic role focused on innovation, compliance, and collaboration across departments. Experience in auto insurance is required, and knowledge of the Texas P&C regulatory environment is a must. Non-standard auto expertise is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

• Own product strategy, performance, and lifecycle for Texas-based auto insurance products
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, and Marketing
• Ensure filings, forms, and rates meet Texas regulatory standards
• Analyze competitive landscape and recommend product enhancements
• Use data tools (Excel, SQL) to drive decisions and performance insights

What You Bring:

• 1–2+ years in product management or insurance product development
• Strong knowledge of Texas P&C insurance regulations
• Auto insurance background required; non-standard knowledge a plus
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
