Marketing Coordinator (Remote)

Position Summary
UAA is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator with knowledge of and experience in digital marketing. The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing and executing marketing efforts that attract new patients, build brand awareness, and support patient retention across all locations. This role will support the Senior Director of Marketing in executing and managing digital marketing efforts across UAA’s platform of aesthetic practices. This role will focus heavily on digital content creation, social media management, website optimization, email & text marketing, and assisting with brand campaigns to enhance online presence, drive patient engagement, and promote service offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize, develop, and continuously optimize compelling content for social media platforms, email campaigns, blog posts, and digital ads, in partnership with vendor partnerships.
- Support digital growth initiatives, in partnership with leadership, by enhancing website user experience (UXO), optimizing conversion rates (CRO), and applying SEO best practices to boost visibility, engagement, and elevate the brand across digital platforms. Coordinate and schedule regular content for email, text, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant marketing channels across locations.
- Ensure brand consistency and tone across all branded assets and marketing channels, online and offline, to ensure that content is on brand, appropriate, and relevant, for the high-end medical aesthetics industry
- Assist with photo and video shoots, including light editing and repurposing content for various channels.
- Partner with third party agencies and/or vendor partners as needed and approved by leadership.
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events across practices.
- Collaborate with practice managers and team members to gather content, stay informed of practice happenings, and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
- Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and content approval workflows.
- Support in-practice marketing through print materials, events, and branded elements as needed.
- Support tracking and reporting of KPIs across marketing initiatives, including ROI, lead generation, and patient acquisition.
- Support making data-driven recommendations on marketing strategy and patient experience
- Maintain a pulse on qualitative insights include voice of the customer, consumer and aesthetic industry trends to elevate opportunities.
- Maintain digital asset library and ensure organized storage of marketing materials.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing strongly preferred from an accredited four-year University
- 2+ years of marketing experience, with the majority of time spent in digital marketing (social media, websites/ SEO, paid search, email, sms)
- Previous experience in the medical aesthetics, beauty, high-end retail or other luxury goods or services industry strongly preferred
- Passionate about customer-centric experiences, and the aesthetics industry a plus
- Demonstrated ability to think both creatively and analytically to solve problems, generate innovative ideas, and make data-informed decisions. Strong technical acumen
- Proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to be organized, deliver a timely work product, and be a self-starter
- Display a polished, professional approach and communication style both internally at UAA and when communicating with the practices and med spas.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Consistent attendance, willingness to learn and grow, and a positive attitude
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be willing to travel up to 15-20%
